How to host your videos on SleepPRO™

You can host your course videos, images and audio inside SleepPRO™, with unlimited storage for your media.
Each video can be up to 2GB. For the fastest loading, keep videos under 100MB.
You can add a video in three ways: with a link, with an embed code, or by uploading the file. Here is how to upload one. The steps are the same on funnel pages, blog pages and course lectures.
- Open your page and click Edit page.
- In the left panel, scroll to the Video element and drag it onto your page.
- Click the video to open its settings. Under Video type, choose Upload file.
- Click the upload option and choose the video from your device.
- Wait for the upload to finish and click Insert.
- Click Save.
- Adjust the video settings to your liking, such as autoplay, controls and a custom thumbnail.
- Save again and preview the page to check everything plays the way you want.
