How to create a quiz in a course module

A short quiz at the end of a module helps parents check what they learned, for example before moving from the newborn module to the 4 month module.
Create the quiz
- Go to Assets, click Courses, then click your course.
- Click the three dots next to the module and choose Create a quiz for this module.
- Click Confirm.
Add questions
- Click Add a question.
- Type your question and click Save.
Add answers
- Click Add an answer.
- Type the answer.
- Leave Correct answer unticked for a wrong answer, or tick it for a right one.
- Click Save.
A question can have several answers. Correct answers show in green in the editor.
Activate the quiz
Click Activate quiz, then Confirm. The quiz now shows in the course.
Students can open the quiz once every lesson in the module is marked complete. If they try to open a lecture in the next module first, they see a message asking them to finish the current one.
Deactivate the quiz
Click Deactivate quiz inside the module, then Confirm.
To add, edit or delete questions, deactivate the quiz first, make your changes, then activate it again.
