How to send customers a link to update their credit cards

A parent on a payment plan has a new card? Here is how to send them a link to update it.

You will need at least one sale.

Stripe payments

1. Go to Sales, then Transactions.
2. Type the parent's email and click Filter, then click their email address.
3. Scroll to Subscriptions, click the three dots and choose Change credit card details.
4. Copy the link from your browser's address bar and send it to the parent.

PayPal payments

PayPal customers cannot change the payment method of a running subscription. They cancel the current plan and start a new one with their new details.
