What is a two-step order form?

A two-step order form asks for the parent's contact details first, then their payment details. This way they join your list, even if they do not finish paying. It is a good way to grow your list.

1. Open your order form page in the editor.
2. Drag the Two-step order form element onto the page.

Add an automation to the first step

Everyone who completes step one joins your list, so you can start an automation for them, such as adding a tag, or a kind email inviting them to ask questions before they book.

1. On the order form page, click Automation rules, then Add rule.
2. Choose the trigger Funnel step form subscribed.
3. Choose your action.
