The difference between an upsell and an order bump
Order forms
Upsells and order bumps both let parents add something to their purchase. They work differently.
Upsell
An upsell is a second offer shown right after the first purchase, such as a follow-up call after your sleep package. Parents buy it without entering their payment details again. See How to create an upsell and a downsell.
Order bump
An order bump is a small tick box on the order form itself, offering something which goes well with the main purchase, such as a printable routine chart. Parents tick it before they pay. See How to add an order bump to an order form or payment page.
