How to integrate Google Meet with SleepPRO™ (coming soon)

Coming soon. The Google Meet integration is not available in SleepPRO™ yet. This guide shows how it will work.
Connect Google Meet to run your sleep assessment calls on Meet. A Meet link is created for every booking and sent to the parent automatically.
Connect Google Meet
Google Meet works through Google Calendar.
- Click your profile picture, then Settings.
- Scroll to Integrations and click Google Meet.
- In the popup, click Manage calendar integration, then Connect.
- Choose your Google account and click Continue.
- In the permission request, tick Select all, so your calendars can sync.
Google Calendar and Google Meet are now connected. Click Connected to see the details, disconnect, or add another Google account.
What it does
- Creates a Meet link for every booking on your SleepPRO™ calendar.
- Adds the Meet link to confirmation and reminder emails.
- Adds bookings with the Meet link to your Google Calendar.
- Syncs time changes and cancellations with Google Calendar, updating the link and notifications.
- Sends parents reminders with the Meet link before the call.
Notification emails
You and the parent both receive an email when a booking is confirmed, rescheduled or canceled.
The parent's email has a Cancel button. It opens a confirmation page, and once they confirm, the cancellation goes through and you both receive an email.
Connect several Google Calendar accounts to use several Meet accounts.
Only the account owner can create or edit Google actions. Assistants cannot.
