How to create automated webinars

An evergreen webinar is a recorded presentation which runs automatically at set times, for example a free class on the 4 month regression parents can join any day.

1. Go to Sites, then Sales funnels, and click Create.
2. Name your funnel, choose Run an evergreen webinar and click Save.
3. Your funnel comes with 3 pages. Click Select on a template for the registration page.
4. Click Edit page.
5. Click Popups, then the + icon to add a popup.
6. Click Edit popup settings to set up the registration form.
7. Click the webinar date element on your form and set its options. This step is required.

Questions members ask

Can I have several webinar pages in one funnel? No. Add a button linking to the sign-up page of another funnel instead.

Why can I not open my thank you and webinar pages by their URL? These pages only show after someone registers. Preview them in the editor.

Can I set the webinar for a fixed date, such as October 5? No. Evergreen webinars are automated, so visitors see the sessions available for the day they visit, such as "Today at 2:00 PM".

Can I run a live webinar? No. SleepPRO™ supports automated (evergreen) webinars only.
