How to add shipping fees to your physical products

Selling physical products, such as sleep sacks or blackout blinds? Here is how to add shipping fees.

Set up shipping

1. Click your profile picture, then Settings, then Shipping settings.
2. Tick Enable shipping settings. You start with two areas: Domestic and International.
3. Click Create shipping service, name it (for example DHL or Royal Mail) and click Save.
4. Click Create shipping zone to use the default zones or create your own with specific countries. Click Save.
5. Click Create shipping rule. Enter the name, currency, price, description and conditions. Base the rule on:

• Item weight: a minimum weight, maximum weight and price.
• Order price: a minimum and maximum order total, and a price.
• Quantity: a minimum and maximum quantity, and a price.

Add more conditions with Add shipping rule condition, or remove one with Remove rule condition.

6. Click Save. Your zone shows with its shipping rules.

Show shipping on your order form

Drag the Shipping fees element onto your order form in the editor. It shows the shipping options for the product, and the customer picks one.
